» Phone Hard Reset reinstalling does not allow login

I performed a hard reset on my phone. When I try to reinstall earthcomber and press the Login from the Windows program it says user/password is incorrect. Although, I am able to login with the user/password from the earthcomber website using the same credentials.
How do I go about using my existing profile on my phone?
